I wanted to write you to let you know how impressed I was with the service we received from Bob's Transmissions. When we dropped off our van on Memorial Day,the garage ans parking lot looked so full I figured we would not no anything about our van for days.Incredibly, when I called Tuesday morning the van had already been looked at. I agreed to the recommended procedures and heard latter that afternoon about further options. You were courteous,informative and understanding. The van work was completed the next day and has been operating beautifully since. My biggest impression was not only the quick service but the fact that it was always the same courteous and informed person who handled the phone. As difficult as it is to spend such large amount of money on car repair, the great customer service made it easier. Thanks you for the speedy service and fine comminication skills. They did not go unnoticed and" unappreciated!
